    A good and decent Pre Workout supplement
    Good pre workout. For me focus lasted till 2 hrs after consuming it. I took 20 mins before my workout and it started its effects. Very reasonably priced and it gives a good pump.

    Good Hard Core Pre workout – for Heavy lifts!!
    I been using different brands Pre workouts(Mostly US brands) from last 5 years. Wellspro – Insane went above my expectations on this price level.
    For beginners – Might be too much tingling. Don’t worry it will be there untill your body get used to. Keep in mind about your Heart rate, sleeping time and aggression level.
    Train your body by using less scoops before you reach recommended level.
    Overall Good Pre workout as I’m using for Home workout Now – Hopefully on Real Gym soon… 🤞💪

    Using insane pre-workout, must say that it works wonder and i am completely satisfied. there are many preworkouts available in market specially imported and expensive one. but wellspro insane with in a such price, getting all the important ingredients required for a pre workout. must say Best preworkout ever

    Very potent pre-workout.
    Being a gym goer , from past 6 months regular , I have decided to go for a pre-workout supplement in budget , for extra pump and energy, i have ordered this pre-workout. Its my second time using this pre-workout , first time I just took half serving that is 7.5g, I didn’t feel any difference, But now I have taken full serving that is 15g before 20 mins. Workout, after I felt tingling effect from upper to lower body. Gives extra heat to the body , you can workout for 2 hours without drowsiness.
    For me 15g of it work’s really well.
    Will continue to purchase this pre-workout if price didn’t hike soon.

    I’m a 30 yr old woman, been pulling weights and MMA since 5-6 months now. Was worried about taking any sort of pre workout after seeing so many negative reviews But guys i started my first dose with 1 scoop. Had immense boost and endurance level was unbeatable. Had almost no tingling. 2nd day same. 3rd day i dared to take 2 and today u felt little stomach upset but wasn’t painful and it was okay too because Im on keto diet so that’s inevitable. Also felt a little more tingling all over but again wasn’t really that noticable. I had CrossFit training today and I’m happy with today’s strength. Gonna try 3 scoops after a week or so once the body is adapted to it. The upset stomach might stop. Tingling effect didn’t bother much as it did to others. Beginners start slowly with lower doses and then keep on increasing. Happy workout!!

  • Insane Pre workout Or BCAA Gold gone hard?

    Don’t worry if your jar of BCAA Gold or Insane Pre workout has gone solid (in one lump in the foil bag) or a bit clumpy. It’s perfectly normal and is due to the high GPLC content – one of the key functional ingredients that gives you results. Even though we use an anti-caking agent, the high GPLC content means the product is still prone to clumping.

    However, the powder is only superficially hard – definitely not old, stale or a dud bag, the efficacy of the product is not compromised by this phenomenon, and it will still fully dissolve in water.

    Get it back a free-flow state ready for scooping by manipulating it with your hands while it’s still inside the bag – a couple of sharp thumps on a sturdy counter top are a good place to start.

    The powder is sensitive to moisture migration so we pack it into a foil bag to help protect it from environmental moisture and also make it easier for you to manipulate. We suggest keeping it stored in the bag (and store the bag inside the jar) to make it easier to handle whilst you’re using it, as it will continue to clump together naturally. Make sure you don’t get the scoop wet and put it back in the jar!

  • Does Feeling weird equate to a better pre workout?

    You’ll feel more alert as all pre-workouts contain stimulants, however it is a myth that the more wired or out of it you feel the better the pre-workout is. There’s a point where too much stimulant means you cannot work out to your peak. Insane Pre Workout will help you reach your peak workout power but won’t leave you feeling out of it. This doesn’t mean they’re not working.

  • Will using a protein supplement make me bulk up?

    It’s a common misconception that women shouldn’t consume protein powder, because theyíll get big and bulky. An increased protein intake (via protein shakes or otherwise) will do wonders for creating a lean, toned and fit figure in conjunction with your training, and you needn’t fear you will get big. To put it simply, it’s not possible for women to bulk up with huge muscles, even by lifting heavy weights, without artificial (and illegal) help, as they don’t have the testosterone levels that men do. An increased protein intake alongside a weight lifting/resistence program will help you build a lean, toned physique. With more muscle, you’ll burn more calories at rest, and more protein in your diet will assist with managing your appetite too.

  • How much protein should I take?

    This comes down to your body type/size/weight, and your activity level – along with your intended goal that you’re aiming for.
    For sedentary adults (those that do little or no exercise) the Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) of 0.8g of protein per kilogram (kg) of body weight is sufficient to maintain muscle mass.

    Protein needs increase depending on the duration and intensity of exercise. For example an endurance athlete’s requirements may range from 1.2g to 1.4g per kg of body weight. Very active people, strength athletes and those doing resistance training need approximately 1.7-1.8g of protein per kg of body weight. An 80kg male would require 136 grams (80 x 1.7 = 136) of protein daily to maintain existing muscle and achieve further muscle growth.

    WellsPro do not recommend protein intakes of higher than 2g/kg body weight. It’s not so much that intakes above this are dangerous for normal individuals, but rather your body is unable to effectively utilise more than this so you’re wasting your time and money.

  • I can get protein from normal foods, why should I use ISO WHEY GOLD?
